Furniture currently follows a design-and-save journey. Supported cut lists follow a separate optimisation, quote and payment journey. The answers below help you choose the right route.
Before you begin

The practical details, so you can take the next step with confidence.
Can I save a furniture project and return later?
Yes. Signed-in customers can save supported Studio projects and reopen them with their selected furniture configuration, materials and details.
Can I upload a cutting list?
Yes. Board Cutting provides a current workbook template for importing component rows. Use the supplied columns, product codes, millimetres and whole-number quantities.
Are preview drilling positions production instructions?
No. Preview geometry supports inspection. Production drilling is released only from compatible article data and approved technical output.
Can different parts use different materials?
Yes. Cutting-list components can use published materials independently. Furniture projects can assign separate materials to bodies, fronts, backs, drawers and worktops where the recipe requires them.
Can I order a furniture design straight away?
Furniture projects currently remain saved designs. Supported cut lists have a separate optimisation, quote and payment journey; a visual preview does not approve a design for manufacture.
When is the price confirmed?
Supported cut lists optimise and price before you review the quote and pay. Unsupported machining, coating preparation and delivery exceptions need staff review before payment.
How do collection and delivery work?
Collection and delivery are available through the ordering journey. Configured areas use the current delivery charges; unmatched postcodes go to staff for a delivery quote before payment.

For furniture, bring overall dimensions and storage needs. For cut lists, bring finished panel sizes, quantities, exact material, grain, edges and required operations.
